Client Services Representative
Description:
Our Client Support Services staff is devoted to providing all new clients with setup and training of our Front Desk software and website management functions. Client Service staff must possess the ability to relate to Senior Executives and build relationships at the highest level while maintaining those relationships with the customer. Must have in-depth knowledge of the customer’s business, and apply disciplined approach in maintaining and enhancing the relationship. This person must have strong system knowledge, and analytical and influencing skills to add value through new products and processes for the customer.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills—must have the ability to work closely with clients and internal staff to understand and communicate issues
- Skilled in Windows environment including Windows Explorer and Internet Explorer
- Experience with computer networks, remote access, and Internet-based programs
- Good analytical abilities
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- Good team player, but able to work on own initiative
- Skilled in the use of the PCs and related PC hardware, printers, scanners, etc.

Analyst Programmer
Description:
Candidates must be very commercially aware with excellent analysis skills and be willing to grow with us as we grow. Projects and applications include data conversions, custom branding of software for clients, accounting, payroll, payment processing, bank transactions, sales transactions, reporting, and support. Working across the full development lifecycle, your role will involve day to day support of existing company applications and new project development for in-house and external clients. Salary is commensurate upon experience.

We need an innovative thinker to develop in C#.NET/ ASP.NET/MS SQL Server 2000/2005. Desired Training or Experience:

Contacts customers who are delinquent in the payment of their finance contracts and obtains payments, commitment agreements, or establishes a repayment plan. Follows set policies and procedures when determining suitable collection solution. Candidates must have good communications skills, both oral and written. Ability to build relationships, set and achieve goals, and remain focused while on the job. Your purpose is to facilitate the payment on delinquent accounts while improving customer relations. Both part- and full-time positions are available.

Your purpose is to facilitate the automatic payments on accounts while improving customer relations. Both part- and full-time positions are available.
